We have a non return policy, which means all sales are final after shipping your item.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves OUR hands we are NOT responsible. Any claims regarding lost or damaged packages must be filed by customer with shipping carrier used.


Damaged Packages

Once your order has left OUR hands we are NOT responsible for damages. All packages are carefully wrapped and protected before shipment. Ant Blair Creations is not responsible for damage during transit.


Delayed Shipping

Once your order has left OUR hands we are NOT responsible for delayed packages.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
